Welcome to Skyline Limousines! We are committed to providing a luxurious and seamless travel experience. Please review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable service.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied to the total cost of your service.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the service date.
  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the preparation and scheduling involved.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

2. Vehicle Care & Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests.
  • Damage Fees:
    • $150per burn mark on carpets or seats.
    • $300 minimum for cleaning due to spills or bodily fluids.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. A $300 fee will apply for violations.

3. Alcohol & Drug Policy

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only if all passengers are 21+ years old.
  • Illegal drug use or underage drinking is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

4. Chauffeur & Passenger Safety

  • Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
  • Standing through the sunroof is not permitted.
  • Chauffeurs may terminate service if they determine that passenger behavior is unsafe, with no refund

5. Overtime & Extended Service

  • A 10-minute grace period is included after the scheduled end time.
  • Overtime charges apply beyond this period and are billed in full-hour increments.
  • Additional time requests should be made in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts.

6. Delays & Traffic

  • We strive for punctual service, but traffic, weather, and unforeseen events may cause delays.
  • Skyline Limousines is not responsible for delays beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Clients should allow for extra travel time when necessary.

7. Vehicle Substitutions

  • In rare cases of mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, Skyline Limousines reserves the right to provide a substitute vehicle of equal or greater value.
  • Clients will be notified as soon as possible if a substitution is required.

8. Lost & Found

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Skyline Limousines is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.

9. Weather Policy

  • In cases of severe weather conditions that compromise safety, Skyline Limousines may reschedule services.
  • Deposits will be held for future use in such instances.
